About The Role
As Manager - Passenger Transport Operations, you will:
* Lead a local team, managing resources, finances, and staff performance.
* Drive a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the delivery and regulation of passenger transport services, including the School Transport Assistance Scheme.
* Provide expert advice to customers and industry, and manage complex complaints or compliance issues.
* Act as a regulator, ensuring adherence to legislation and standards through education and enforcement.
* Support emergency response efforts, including during natural disasters.
* Foster strategic partnerships with local stakeholders to improve transport solutions and outcomes.
