Senior Officer, Facility Operations and Capital Works
We are looking for an experienced senior facilities professional to deliver facilities management across a diverse portfolio of cultural and heritage sites in the ACT.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operational delivery of facilities management services across CFC assets such as Canberra Theatre Centre, Canberra Museum and Gallery, Lanyon Homestead, Calthorpes House, Mugga Mugga Cottage and Albert Hall.
* Lead development and implementation of preventative maintenance programmes.
* Contract management, procurement, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Drive continuous improvement of facilities operations.
* Collaborate with team members and divisions across performing arts, visual arts, and heritage venues.
Eligibility / Other Requirements
* Experience in managing centralised facility service delivery, heritage or cultural sites is highly desirable.
* Will require regular travel between multiple CFC sites and occasional after‐hours work; a flexible and adaptable approach is essential.
* A valid Australian driver's licence is essential.
* May be required for on‐call or after‐hours emergency duties.
