Position Summary:
Manage local customer relations and coordinate customer requests for quotation.
Facilitate jobs/orders and price/schedule service work in collaboration with contracted service providers.
Coordinate service providers to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer requests for quotation and facilitate jobs/orders.
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service.
Collaborate with contracted service providers to price and schedule service work.
Ensure completion of scheduled jobs within required service level agreements.
Ensure timely and professional delivery of customer orders.
Investigate and follow up on customer enquiries and issues.
Manage workflow documentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Handle stock management tasks such as stock counts, distribution orders, and invoicing.
Review internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely closure of accounts.
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations.
