Who you will be working with
Our client is a privately owned electrical contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering commercial, civic, healthcare and retail projects throughout Queensland. Working alongside some of the state's leading head contractors, they have a strong pipeline of work and a culture centered around quality, teamwork and long-term relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking two experienced Electrical Supervisors to join their delivery team.

Duties and responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day delivery of commercial electrical packages on site
* Coordinate labour, materials and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved
* Liaise with project managers, head contractors and subcontractors throughout project delivery
* Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site safety compliance
* Monitor project progress and identify variations, RFIs and program impacts
* Mentor and support apprentices and electricians within the team
We are looking for someone with
* Queensland Electrical Licence and strong trade background
* Previous experience supervising commercial electrical projects valued above $2M
* Experience working for commercial electrical subcontractors on D&C projects
* Strong understanding of site coordination, sequencing and program management
* Ability to build relationships with builders, project teams and site stakeholders
* Stable employment history and commitment to long-term career growth
