We service a diverse range of industries, including mining, waste management, transport, oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.We specialise in delivering high-quality fluid power products and customized solutions that help our customers enhance efficiency and reliability in their operations.**About the Role**We are seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in **Kemps Creek NSW****.** As the face of Motion for strategic customers, you will build strong partnerships, understand operational needs, and drive sales and margin growth across your territory.This is a field-based role where you will proactively identify opportunities, strengthen customer retention, and increase share of wallet across industries including Agriculture / Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM.**What We Offer You:*** **Company vehicle + iPhone + laptop.*** **Market aligned remuneration with annual salary reviews:** Your salary grows with your skills and performance.* **Career Progression:** Clear pathways to develop and advance within Motion and the wider GPC network with access to free webinars, training events and courses.* **Comprehensive Benefits:** Including retail discounts, bonus incentives, recognition programs, supplied uniforms, parental leave top-up allowance and access to wellbeing/employee assistance programs.* Eligible for **1** **Good to Give Leave Day** per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activities**What You will be responsible for:*** **Own** and drive sales and margin performance for your territory* **Develop** and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives* **Achieve** revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet* **Monitor performance** against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required* **Build and maintain l**ong-term relationships with key decision-makers* **Identify cross-sell** and up-sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering* **Deliver** compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner* **Partner with sale**s, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions**About you:**You are a commercially astute relationship builder with experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth**You bring:*** **Experience** managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth* **Strong capability** in developing and executing account strategies* **Experience i**n contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives* **The ability to** analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly* **Excellent communication skills** and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders* **Willingness to travel** approximately 1–2 weeks per month* Formal business or sales qualifications are **advantageous but not essential.****About Motion**Motion Australia is a leader in the distribution of industrial products.
