Boss Mining Solutions is currently seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders / High-Pressure Wash Technicians to join our growing team based out of Perth and Tom Price.

* $45 – $60 per hour
Working within our close-knit team on FIFO ex Perth or DIDO rosters, you will play a key role in the industrial cleaning and maintenance of heavy mobile plant and equipment across the Pilbara and Goldfields regions.
This hands‐on role involves a mixture of day shift and night shift work across multiple mine sites and local projects, operating specialised equipment and leading crews to deliver safe and high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising wash crews onsite
* High‐pressure water jetting
* NDT cleans
* Vacuum loading and manual cleaning
* Operation of equipment including:
o Vacuum loaders
o Forklifts
o High‐pressure water jetting units
* Accurate completion of paperwork and safety documentation
* Delivering outstanding customer service onsite
* Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and site compliance
Mandatory Tickets & Compliance
* HR‐B Drivers Licence (minimum)
* EWP over 11m
* HRWL
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
* Forklift Licence
* White Card
* Current National Police Clearance
Highly Desirable
* Current/Previous MACA Mining, MRL, Rio Tinto, BHP, Westrac, Thiess and Karara Mining inductions
* Previous Team Leader experience
* Previous labouring or industrial cleaning experience
