MACA is seeking a Stores Supervisor to join our mining business on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6 (day shift) FIFO roster from Perth to the Gruyere Gold Project. The Gruyere Gold Mine is located roughly 200 kilometers north‐east of Laverton and is part of a world‐class operation.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Stores Supervisor will lead and mentor a crew of Stores personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and support a team of warehouse personnel.
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across the warehouse, yard and outbuildings.
* Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely delivery.
* Oversee cost‐effective and efficient warehouse operations.
* Receive, dispatch and track all stock entering and leaving the site.
* Lead and facilitate toolbox meetings as required.
* Complete tasks as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within MACA work practices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position within the resources sector.
* Demonstrated experience and training in Chain of Responsibility requirements.
* Experience managing a warehousing team.
* Experience with Pronto or JDE (highly desirable).
* A current WA driver's licence (HR preferred).
* A valid forklift ticket.
* A current National Police Clearance.
