FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Automation to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a 6 months contract in Norwest.
Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent automation, DevOps, and workflow orchestration initiatives.
* Establish and maintain rigorous delivery discipline, project plans, schedules, and governance reporting.
* Facilitate key technical walkthroughs and design workshops between engineering teams and business units.
* Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks surrounding CI/CD pipeline security and data integrity.
* Oversee the delivery of modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and API-led integration platforms.
* Coordinate external vendors and strategic system integrators to ensure alignment with program milestones.
Key Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of proven technology project management experience delivering large-scale programs.
* Demonstrated success leading DevOps transformations, automation initiatives, or complex system integrations.
* Strong hands-on experience managing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects.
* Deep understanding of enterprise CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure, and workflow orchestration platforms.
* Prior experience working within a highly regulated environment such as banking or financial services.
* Elite stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical engineering and banking operations.
Engagement Details
