Job Description
As a Retail Team Member, you will keep stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
What You'll Do
Handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations, ensuring each shift ends accurately and securely.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service: Put customers first and exceed their expectations.
* Support the Store Manager: Use retail experience to assist in daily operations.
* Thrive in a team environment: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Attention to detail: Maintain high safety and accuracy standards.
* Flexible availability: Work across a 7‐day roster, mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
Qualifications
* Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred.
* Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
