The Delivery Enablement Lead will report directly to the Head of Transformation Operations and will be accountable for the following responsibilities:Leads the integrated delivery enablement framework across UNITE programs.Owns centralised reporting of portfolio delivery health, RAID, burn down rate, and milestone progress.Manages the integrated release schedule to ensure alignment of sequencing and visibility across UNITE.Provides a single point of contact to consolidate, validate, and escalate delivery risks and dependencies.Partners with program and functional leads to ensure timely risk mitigation and milestone delivery.What do I need?
Extensive experience in portfolio or program delivery enablement, or within a PMO function supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.Proficient in integrated planning, burn-down tracking, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and release management.Solid analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to convert data into meaningful, actionable insights.Skilled in engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across both business and technology domains.A proven history of implementing structured reporting and risk management frameworks within complex program environments.We're obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we're looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
