Job Description
Senior Contract Administrator
* Lead contract administration across multiple projects.
* Develop and implement commercial systems, processes, and templates.
* Oversee procurement, trade letting, head/subcontract management, and compliance.
* Drive cost reporting, forecasting, and cashflow with disciplined cycles.
* Prepare and manage variations, EOTs, and progress claims.
* Provide pre-construction input on scopes, packaging, program alignment, and risk identification.
* Partner with project/site leaders to uphold QA, accuracy, and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years as a CA with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder experience.
* Experience across townhouses, apartments, commercial and industrial projects.
* Demonstrated ability to build systems from the ground up and standardize templates/reporting.
* Strong procurement strategy, cost control, and financial reporting capability.
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client engagement skills.
* Operates autonomously, mentors others, and raises the bar for accuracy and discipline.
