About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Frontend UX/UI developer. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences across the Fin365 platform. This role blends deep front-end engineering capability with strong UX/UI craftsmanship to ensure Fin365's web applications are intuitive, visually appealing, performant, and aligned with modern design patterns. You will work closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and QA teams to build scalable front-end architecture, uplift the user interface framework, and champion a culture of design excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of Fin365's front-end applications using Angular/modern JS frameworks.
* Translate UX wireframes, prototypes, and requirements into high-quality, reusable UI components.
* Evolve and maintain Fin365's design system and visual standards.
* Optimise application responsiveness, scalability, and performance.
* Collaborate with SDET resources to ensure UI components are testable.
Responsibilities – Success Metrics
* Increased front-end code quality, consistency, and reusability.
* Reduction in UI-related defects.
* Faster delivery of new UI features.
Product Development – UX Research & Continuous Improvement
* Conduct UX research and usability assessments.
* Identify workflow optimisation opportunities.
* Recommend UI and interaction improvements.
* Partner with Product to define acceptance criteria.
Success Metrics
* Increased feature adoption.
* UX research integrated into roadmap.
* Improved workflow efficiency.
Operations – Internal Systems & Front-End Reliability
* Proactively detect performance issues.
* Collaborate with DevOps on monitoring.
* Support L3 investigations.

Tasks

Requirements
Technical Skills:
* Experience building scalable component libraries and design systems.
* Experience integrating with REST APIs and OAuth2 flows.
* Familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
UX/UI Capabilities:
* Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
* Strong understanding of interaction design and IA.
* Experience with usability testing and analytics interpretation.
Additional Requirements:
* SaaS or enterprise web app experience.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
