The Victorian Government is taking action to transition to net zero emissions by 2050.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the uptake of Zero Emissions Vehicles (ZEVs) in the government fleet.
As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate VicFleet ZEV transition activities and support the development and delivery of multiple projects with tight deadlines.
You will also proactively identify and develop practical strategies to influence stakeholders at a collective and individual level, work effectively in a team environment, and develop constructive relationships with external service providers and key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, cooperating and working well with others to provide high-quality work under pressure and to short deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and site-based Government and industry stakeholders.
* Able to prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and briefs, and possess a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
