Step into a rewarding role supporting residents in our Residential Care Home, where you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care while contributing to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This is your opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to aged, frail, and disabled residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility, including transfers and feeding where required.
* Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of residents' environment, including bed making and distribution of laundry.
* Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and continence management.
* Help provide diversional therapy, leisure, and lifestyle activities for residents.
* Prepare and assist with meals, including setting up dining areas and returning dishes.
* Record observations and maintain routine documentation according to established procedures.
* Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives within the facility.
Who Are We Looking For?
* Do you hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent?
* Do you have experience providing direct care services in a health or residential care setting?
* Are you confident assisting aged, frail, or disabled residents with daily activities?
* Do you have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to support documentation and reporting?
* Are you compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering safe and high-quality care to residents?
