Integrated Mental Health Care Opportunity
The Clinical Lead will oversee the delivery of trauma-aware, person-centred mental health support for people aged 16+ via the IPMHC program. This role will provide culturally safe care through strong partnerships with GPs, allied health, and community services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide clinical teams and coordinate comprehensive care pathways.
* Champion best practices to ensure high-quality, inclusive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant clinical discipline such as nursing, psychology, social work.
* Current registration with AHPRA or current full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Expertise in supporting people with complex mental health issues, including conducting assessments, safety planning, and managing care coordination.
Benefits:
* Salary starting from $129,279 per annum (inclusive of 10% remote localities allowance)
