Service Delivery Implementation is seeking a Community Youth Support Worker for the Department of Communities. This role focuses on supporting at-risk youth and their families within a collaborative early intervention program.
You will work closely with the Community Youth Officer, building relationships and providing support to increase safety and wellbeing for children and families. This position offers both fixed-term and permanent opportunities across Western Australia, including locations like Broome and Kalgoorlie.
