Management Accountant Location: Illawarra Region, NSW Work Type: Permanent Full Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely management and financial reporting across the business
* Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily operational performance reports
* Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
* Maintain integrity of general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet reporting
* Support inventory accounting, stocktakes, and working capital management
* Contribute to ERP and system enhancements
* Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and executive leadership
* Provide insights into cost drivers, profitability, and operational performance
About You
* Degree in Accounting with CPA or CA qualification
* Experience in manufacturing accounting with standard costing exposure
* Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capability
* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines
* Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
