As the tech industry continues to grow exponentially, we're looking for a Recruitment Manager to join us on our journey providing 'go to market' recruitment solutions across JAPAC.
**The Role**
The Management Consultant is a critical hire within our team as we look the scale the business. You will support Salient in expanding our presence across APJ through having an impact on sales, team growth, delivery, and account management. You will collaborate on go to market strategy, growth initiatives, investments, and team leadership. You will be adept at defining effective management operating models and practices, developing business cases, cost benefit analysis and creating data-oriented presentation packs for stakeholders.
**Your background**
- Track record of success as a senior level consultant
- Strong philosophical belief around business partnering with clients and adding value beyond the recruitment transaction
- Enjoy managing and expanding strategic accounts rather than transactional
- Entrepreneurial with innovative mindset to improving industry problems
- A passion for imparting knowledge & providing mentorship
- Well networked and comfortable holding peer relationships at an executive level
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence decision-making processes
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
