Reporting to the Curriculum Manager – Medical Program, the position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of curriculum activities for the postgraduate phase of the Medical Program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide high-quality administrative support contributing to the planning and delivery of curriculum functions for the Medical Program – Support logistical planning and coordination of advanced clinical practice teaching sessions – Assist with timetabling and rostering of clinical educators – Provide administrative support for assessment activities – Assist with education exchange activities – Work closely with academic and professional staff across the Faculty and wider University – Provide high-level advice and administrative support to support a high-quality learning experience for postgraduate medical students REQUIREMENTS – Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail – Ability to develop and implement effective administrative and quality processes and procedures – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities – Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team – Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders – Proficiency across multiple software platforms, including Blackboard/iLearn and the Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Excel skills, with experience in related systems such as TimeEdit viewed favourably WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Curriculum Officers play a critical role in ensuring that complex academic programs operate smoothly behind the scenes.
