Complete Staff Solutions is searching for a full time Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This exciting role has a focus on building meaningful relationships with our clients and candidates where service, reliability and results are reflected in our mission of placing the right people, in the right job, at the right time.
A strong customer service focus is required and completing all requests with a sense of urgency, though we don't have KPIs or sales targets - our results are in our successes and our presence in the region.
Working with clients from a number of different industries we are looking for professional, people-oriented candidates who can:
Assist with recruitment and administration to support temporary and permanent roles
Conduct phone screening, interviewing and reference checking for candidates
Manage and build relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct candidate inductions and on-boarding procedures
Undertake WHS requirements including regular site safety inspections
Managing shift fulfillment with tight turnaround times
Develop, post and monitor advertisements through multiple platforms
A successful candidate in the role will have:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise with changing workloads
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail
A proactive approach to meet and exceed the needs of our clients and candidates
Great communication, a genuine people person, with an ability to connect with and maintain working relationships with both employees and employers
Driver's licence and own transport is essential
