We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to play a key role in our full Software Development Lifecycle. This position involves designing, building, and optimising backend services that power our digital ecosystem.

About The Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Contribute to a maintainable, high-quality, and performant codebase.
* Design and optimise backend services for scalability and reliability.
* Collaborate with engineering team members and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
* Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and share knowledge to lift team capability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in software development with strong backend expertise.
* .NET expertise is essential – deep experience with C# and .NET Core.
* Strong foundation in object-oriented design and building RESTful APIs.
* Hands-on experience with agile practices, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
