A warm and easygoing family based in
Booragoon, WA
is seeking a nurturing, experienced nanny to care for their young children. With a 10-month-old at home and another baby due in December, they're looking for someone calm, capable, and willing to build a long-term relationship. One parent works on a rotating roster while the other works part-time from home.
Days & Hours
Guaranteed 40 hour fortnight but standard week looks like this:
Monday: 8am–4pm (8 hrs)
Tuesday: 12pm–6pm (6 hrs)
Wednesday: 8am–4pm (8 hrs)
Friday: 12pm–6pm (6 hrs)
A Typical Day Will Include
Caring for the baby and, eventually, the newborn
Following a consistent routine of feeding, naps, and play
Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
Light housekeeping related to the children (e.g. kids\' laundry, unloading dishwasher, tidying up toys)
Meal preparation for the family using HelloFresh kits
Occasional local driving in the family-provided car (no regular outings except for swimming, which is handled by mum)
Supporting a calm and well-organised home environment

Warm, calm, and confident with babies and toddlers
Brings genuine passion for working with children and supporting families
Has strong experience with infants and a proactive approach to daily care
Comfortable working alongside a parent who works from home
Holds a current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and CPR certification
Holds a valid driver's licence (a car is provided for child-related duties)
Committed to a long-term role and fits naturally into a respectful, down-to-earth household
Preference for someone who is conservative in values and serious about their role
Qualifications/Requirements
Hold a valid First Aid and CPR
Hold a valid Working with Children Check
Hold a valid National Police Check
A minimum of 3 years experience working with children
