What will you be doing?
* Initiate and implement process and routines to continually improve the reliability and maintenance function on site, while complying with CCEP OHS and GMP policies and standards.
* Liaise with other functions to identify key issues affecting line performance and develop solutions and execute actions to rectify these.
* Manage the R&M financials for site; forecasting budget and controlling cost expenditure.
* Ensure maintenance activities are effectively and efficiently planned, managed and delivered to meet business requirements.
* Ensure maintenance Asset Care KPI's are communicated to the maintenance team to clarify expectations and any non-conformance addressed in a timely manner.
What are we looking for?
* An inclusive and compassionate leader who will foster positive team culture.
* Tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline or Trade Qualifications with the relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Tertiary Qualifications.
* 10+ years senior leadership experience in Beverage or FMCG Supply Chain, within a unionised workforce.
* Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge and understanding the implications for the business.
* Experience in the application of Lean manufacturing principles with analytical ability and strategic problem solving skills (root cause analysis, FMECA, focused process improvements).
* Good interpersonal, coaching and stakeholder management abilities required to build the necessary relationships across the business.
