Job Description:
As a People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating human resource frameworks, systems, practices, policies, and activities that drive business outcomes and employee engagement. You will partner with the service delivery and executive teams to deliver on workforce planning, change management, and employee case management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective HR programs and processes
* Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and external partners to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
* Coach and develop people leaders and employees to enhance their leadership and management capabilities
* Contribute to the development of organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to HR
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or other relevant disciplines
* Demonstrated experience working as a senior business partner or HR executive
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation, awards, agreements, policies, procedures, and other industrial instruments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
