Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services.
* Act as a tech expert, staying up to date with the latest gadgets and services.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment and support store goals.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills; natural ability to connect with people.
* Solution‐oriented mindset, able to think on one's feet and tailor customer solutions.
* Motivated by sales targets and KPIs.
* Passion for learning and growth in a dynamic environment.
* Resilience and positivity, maintaining a can‐do attitude during busy periods.
* Previous customer‐facing experience is a plus, but not required.
