Group Accountant Working closely with the Controller and Finance Team, you will be responsible for financial reporting, month‑end processes, compliance, systems improvement and business analysis across multiple entities. This is a full‑time position based at our Rivervale Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities
Manage month‑end reporting processes, reconciliations and general ledger integrity
Support group consolidations, inter‑company reconciliations and statutory reporting requirements
Assist with annual audits, tax compliance and external reporting obligations
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and financial system enhancements
Partner with operational stakeholders to support financial performance and business decision‑making
About You
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Previous experience in an accounting role
Experience preparing financial reports and managing month‑end processes
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention to detail skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working with ERP systems and financial software
Highly Regarded
CA or CPA qualified or currently undertaking studies
Experience within mining, mining services, construction or industrial sectors
Background in a mid‑tier or Big 4 accounting firm
Experience with construction revenue recognition and project accounting
Exposure to automation, data analytics, reporting tools and AI solutions
