What you'll do?
* Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, AV equipment, printers, and basic network connectivity issues.
* Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests for staff and students in a timely and professional manner.
* Perform basic hardware diagnostics, configuration, and setup tasks to maintain reliable device performance.
* Maintain accurate and detailed ticket records, contributing to knowledge base documentation where appropriate.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, providing regular updates and maintaining agreed service level expectations.
What you'll bring?
* Currently studying or completed a Certificate or higher course related to Information Technology. Experience in a level 1 help desk position is highly desirable.
* Passionate about everything IT and have an above-average understanding of MacOS and WindowsOS.
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service, retail and/or operations role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
* Strong professional attitude and conduct and ability to work well within a team.
What else do you need to apply?
* Travel on-site to our client's office in Whyalla.
* Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions. Ability to start ASAP is highly desirable.
