* Manage, support and motivate your teams to meet and exceed monthly KPI's
* Develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
* Promote and foster strong relationships and champion AKG as an employment service partner of choice
* Review operational plans for successful outcomes
Would you be a good fit?
* Previous exposure to working within Employment Services
* High level of interpersonal skills and organization skills
* Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
* Advanced level of negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
* Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and a National Police check and a MyID
