We are seeking experienced support workers to provide assistance and companionship to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure the safety and well-being of participants on day trips, outings, or activities.
* Attend medical appointments, provide emotional support and assist with daily tasks as required.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
Requirements:
* Certification in disability support or higher (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience working with vulnerable populations such as mental health, trauma-informed care, or behaviors of concern.
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certifications.
