Pay
Base pay range: A$75,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Pure Source Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
About the role
We are looking for someone to join the team and create their own chapter in the Pure Source Recruitment story as we move into our 23rd year here in Brisbane. You will be joining a smaller agency with under 10 people, which will appeal to some but not others.
Collaboration is one of the foundations of our team culture. Each person has their individual input, personality style and approach at work, which also contributes to the team dynamic.
The industries we serve and the organisations we work with are broad and diverse, as is the variety of the positions we place. Our experience and success is within the white collar professional and corporate support environments, so this will be the focus for this role.
Key responsibilities
* Managing the full recruitment process for each role you are working on, with the foundations being:
* Meeting with Clients to develop an understanding of their business operations, and specific hiring needs.
* Identifying Candidates that meet the needs and expectations of current and future Clients.
* Leading each step through the recruiting process from job brief to offer.
* Developing and nurturing professional, ongoing relationships with Clients, Candidates and Colleagues.
The first 6 to 12 months will be about establishing yourself with current and potential Clients, so business development will be a major part of this.
We have successfully trained and developed many Consultants from rookie level, through to high achieving levels. You must be willing to learn, be coached, have a disciplined work ethic, and be prepared to do what's required.
