We're scouting for an Assistant Venue Manager, the vice‐captain to keep the team focused, the venue buzzing and ready to make every game day count.
Key Plays
* Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
* Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
* Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
* Ability to change kegs, gas cylinders and post‐mix syrups
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Be the go‐to when the captain is away. Keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class
What you'll bring
* 1 years hospitality experience (preferably in a Pub or Bar environment)
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
* A passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue
