Role & Impact
As Senior Recruiter you'll build the team that builds Blinq. You'll partner directly with the founder, VP Engineering, and Head of Talent to raise the bar on who we hire and how we hire them. This role is about craft, not coordination – a high‐trust, high‐impact position for someone who sees recruiting as a product, not a pipeline.
What You Will Do
* Own end‐to‐end engineering hiring, focusing on senior and critical hires.
* Partner with founder, VP of Engineering, and hiring leads to understand needs and build funnels that position Blinq to hire high‐calibre talent.
* Build creative, multi‐channel, always‐on funnels across digital and in‐person experiences.
* Design and run recruiting processes that move fast while building strong candidate engagement.
* Continuously evolve assessment methods, interview design, and hiring rituals to drive quality over convenience.
What You'll Bring
* 5–10 years of full‐cycle recruiting experience, building engineering teams.
* World‐class sourcing – you know what good looks like, how to find them, and how to hook them.
* Obsessed with candidate experience, converting interest and leads into highly engaged candidates.
* Full‐stack recruiting – comfortable with a modern tech stack (PeopleGPT, ChatGPT/Claude, Lever/Ashby, etc).
* Strong partnership skills – building trust and credibility with leaders and hiring teams.
* Growth‐hacking mindset – system thinking, fast problem solving, and using AI tools to multiply impact.
