Senior Project Architect/Designer – Sydney
Woolpert, an award‐winning global leader in architecture, engineering, and geospatial services, has partnered with Greenbox Architecture to deliver innovative design solutions in Sydney. Greenbox specialises in mission‐critical architecture for data centres, health and life‐sciences, and commercial interiors.
We are looking for an experienced senior architect/designer to contribute to large‐scale commercial projects nationally and globally. The role involves full project lifecycle delivery with a focus on quality, compliance, and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver design and documentation across all project phases, coordinating with the team and Directors.
* Lead and contribute to complex, multi‐phase projects, ensuring high‐quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
* Prepare accurate architectural drawings and models that reflect design intent.
* Lead major presentations and negotiations, communicating concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum 8 years of local experience.
* Strong understanding of design and construction documentation through the project lifecycle.
* Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant industry regulations.
* Technical and construction knowledge is highly regarded.
* Experience in complex commercial projects and ability to work as part of a team and lead a team under Directors.
