Capability HR is seeking an HR Manager to lead the People function in a well-established Food and Beverage organization in Sydney. This newly created role will be part of the Senior Management Team, managing a team and focusing on maintaining a high level of employee engagement and retention.
The HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Policy Development. Ideal candidates will bring HR Generalist experience along with understanding Modern Awards and a collaborative approach to staff wellbeing.
