An established infrastructure contractor delivering critical capital works projects across the utilities sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing delivery team. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across South‐East Queensland, this role offers the opportunity to lead significant infrastructure works from planning and design through to construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage capital works projects through the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover
* Lead the successful delivery of water and infrastructure projects across South‐East Queensland
* Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts and reporting requirements
* Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, suppliers and site‐based teams
* Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, variations and client expectations
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams
* Drive project outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
* Proven experience delivering capital works projects within utilities, water, infrastructure, civil construction or related sectors
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through to completion
* Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
* White Card required
