In keeping with our values and commitment to exceptional customer service, we are seeking an integral member to fill this full-time position of 'Account Manager/Insurance Broker' in our Mackay office.
You will be tasked with looking after our treasured existing customers along with seeking new clients to grow our book of business.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships by delivering tailored insurance solutions across a diverse portfolio.
Collaborate with leading underwriters to source competitive terms and negotiate the best outcomes for clients.
Manage end-to-end insurance processes including quoting, policy placement, renewals, and claims support.
Our New Account Manager/Insurance Broker will have the following skills and attributes:
A genuine interest in people
Min. 3 yrs experience in Commercial Insurance Broking (or underwriting/relationship management)
Tier 1 Qualification (Preferred but not Essential)
A team mindset and a collaborative approach to work
Demonstrated experience in broking software
Track record of delivering new/and or expanded business sales growth
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
