The role of Legal Secretary involves providing administrative support to the legal team and greeting clients in a professional manner. This is a key position that reports directly to the Managing Lawyer and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
2. Greet clients in a professional and efficient manner, handling large volumes of phone calls and queries.
3. Diary management and organization of administrative tasks.
4. Deal with clients in an sensitive and professional manner, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
* Experience as a secretary, preferably in a legal environment.
* Knowledge of the preparation of legal documentation and correspondence.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
