About the Role
This is a Permanent position working a Monday to Thursday roster, with 10-hour days. The role will be based at our Worsley Alumina Refinery, located a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby communities. As there is no accommodation on site, you will be required to drive in and drive out daily. Ideally, employees live within an hour's drive of Collie.
As the Coordinator Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of maintenance activities to deliver safe, efficient and reliable plant performance across a defined area.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Engaging maintenance and production teams to prioritise and execute planned work safely and efficiently across the refinery.
* Coordinate internal and contractor electrical resources to facilitate minor and major outage maintenance activities.
* Perform Job Owner responsibilities for Electrical Department Contractors in line with the Contractor Management Standard.
* Support, coach and mentor the electrical leadership team to meet company and statutory regulations.

Qualifications
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate.
