The Manager, Budgets and Performance is accountable to the Manager, Corporate Financial Management for managing the Trust's internal and external budget management processes; and managing the provision of professional financial management services to support the delivery of the Trust's capital and maintenance programs. The position will lead a small team to provide expert financial management support to ensure these outcomes are achieved while meeting all budgetary and accounting requirements and standards. It will also work collaboratively with a range of staff, managers and Executives across the organisation, as well as Finance Business Partners, to develop, monitor and achieve budget strategies for the Trust.

* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Requirements
Essential: An appropriate degree in accounting, finance or economics majoring in accounting.
Desirable: Professional qualifications in accounting (such as CPA or CA), or substantial completion of studies towards such qualifications.
