Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive medical advice and diagnostic services to patients via outbound audio and video calls.
* Ensure timely, high-quality consultations within minimum service standards.
* Provide patients with written care summaries, health advice, and relevant local service information.
* Use My Health Record, e-prescribing, and secure messaging to deliver the best care.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Unrestricted specialist General Practitioner registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in general practice (with a minimum of one working within Australia).
* Previous telehealth / virtual healthcare delivery or willingness to upskill.
* Fast, reliable cable / NBN internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download speed and an upload speed of 20Mbps.
* Demonstrated strong proficiency in English Language Skills (ELS).
* A high affinity with using computer systems, including telehealth platforms, databases, and digital communication tools.
* Availability for either part-time or casual positions.
