About the Role The Procurement Operations and VEP Specialist plays a critical role in enabling efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement processes across the enterprise.
They will work in partnership with key technology stakeholders and act as point of contact to ensure the Procurement efficiencies are not delayed/obstructed by Technology requirements.
This role supports the delivery of procurement services, ensures operational excellence, and contributes to the continuous improvement of sourcing and buying enablement activities.

Role Type: Permanent Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands, VIC **** Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/ week) What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for: Work with the Procurement Operations (Genpact) team who responsible for the monitoring, review, and escalations of the VEP process Build and maintain relationship with outsourced service provider Responsible for the maintenance of the Group wide VEP tools, active operational relationship with the service provider as well as be the first point of contact for all BU executives who use the VEP Responsible for the complete adoption of the VEP across the group Accountable for creating and maintaining applicable data templates and related supporting tools Good understanding of the VEP environment and Delivery team structure to enable fast resolution of operational issues Accountable for the continuous improvement of VEP Ensure adherence to procurement policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including support for audit and reporting activities.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience working in Operations Environment with relevant experience in Vendor management Multi country engagement skill and multi-cultural engagement capability Operational management experience Ability to communicate with Delivery heads Strong Influencing skills Analytical and Problem solving skills Good foundation and understanding of change management techniques Lean, six sigma, agile Program and Project Management Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Professional Certification in Procurement You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
