Humans of Agriculture have proudly partnered with Pavilion Farms to conduct a brand new specialist recruitment search for an AgTech Lead based in Victoria.
Pavilion Farms is building the future of precision poultry farming through a move towards AI-driven farm technology, and is now hiring for an AgTech Lead to help scale it across their own farms, and beyond.
This is a newly created role sitting at the intersection of farm operations, agricultural technology, and future commercialisation. You'll work directly with Pavilion's Owner & CEO, helping drive the rollout and adoption of market-leading AI platforms across a growing portfolio of broiler farms throughout Victoria.

Pavilion Farms currently operates 11 poultry farms across Victoria, with plans to continue expanding rapidly over the coming years.

About the Role
This role presents a unique opportunity for someone who understands boots-on-the-ground farming operations, but recognises the importance of technology for the future of Australian farming. We are looking for a commercially minded innovator, with an understanding of livestock farming. If you are excited by technology, data, and continuous improvement, this could be a breakthrough role to work across an industry-leading technology platform.
This is a highly autonomous role within a fast-moving and entrepreneurial business environment.
You'll play a key role in
* Rolling out and implementing AgTech systems across multiple farms
* Working closely with farm managers to drive adoption and engagement
* Translating practical farming challenges into technology improvements
* Analysing operational and behavioural data to identify trends and opportunities
* Supporting future product enhancement and commercialisation initiatives
* Acting as the bridge between farm operations and technology development
