**Overview**
The Mobile Device Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing technologies which include mobile smart phones, tablets and data SIM cards to maintain levels of mobility support throughout the company. The position reports directly to the Product Manager.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure the Mobile smart phone and all mobile-phone peripheral technologies are in line with company Architecture.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, which include internal customers of all levels within. This will include taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Fault finding, trouble shooting.
- Customer service focused
- Support mobile devices, including Mobile Phones, Tablets and Data SIM Cards.
- Assist in the development of training and support infrastructure capability to ensure ongoing solution support.
- Arrange service activations and deactivations for all Mobile Phones and Data SIM Cards across the organisation as a central point of contact with mobile providers.
- All other tasks as directed by the Field Support Manager in consult with the PMO related to delivering / supporting the Program/Project;
- Australian Citizen; **Permanent resident of Australia; or**:
- **New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.**:
- **Must be able to provide a COVID Vaccination certificate to be considered
