Role Overview
You will lead the daily learning program within your room, support educators, and create a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement a high‐quality educational program aligned with the EYLF.
* Inspire and mentor educators within your room.
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.
* Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play‐based experiences.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for VIC.
* Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning environment.
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Collaborative and supportive leadership style.
