WARRANTY SITE MANAGER
We are a well-structured commercial building company looking to appoint a Warranty Site Manager to assist with the delivery of all warranty requirements across multilevel commercial builds. This is a diverse and fast paced role that includes job inspections, rectification of warranty and defect items, management of external trades, and maintaining high levels of compliance & quality.
Responsibilities
* Investigate properties where reported claims/problems as scheduled by Warranty Administrator.
* Prepare written scopes of works and contract trades as appropriate.
* Respond and investigate complaints to determine liability.
* Audit and authorization of completed works.
* Conduct quality inspections within delegated timeframes.
* Manage and ensure rectification of any defects by trades prior to completion of work orders.
* Escalate issues of non‐compliance by trade to Warranty Manager.
* Develop positive relationships with clients, property owners & subcontractors.
* Record and report findings in line with Company Policy.

Qualifications & Experience
* Construction experience including carpentry, basic painting & plastering experience is highly desirable.
* Understanding of Work Health & Safety Requirements (preferred).
* Keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
* High level of time management and organisational skills.
* Positive and confident attitude with high focus on customer service.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Be a team player.
* Ability to use computer software systems, such as Aroflo.
