In this role, you will play a key part in delivering the Working Together initiative, which aims to increase access to quality early learning opportunities for three year olds in Tasmania.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with socially marginalised or at-risk children and families to improve outcomes in child wellbeing and education.
* You will work closely with the project team, service partners' staff and community services to develop effective strategies to engage disadvantaged parents and families.
Key skills required include experience working with vulnerable populations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
