Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Cavan, SA 5094
Pay Rate: $32-$33/hour
Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm

Key Duties:
- Process component orders with accurate data entry
- Ensure same-day order turnaround
- Manage customer calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records
- Escalate urgent orders as needed
What You'll Need:
- Customer service and/or administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Confident phone and email communication
- Full working rights, with no restrictions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Knowledge of customer-specific product processes (advantageous)
