Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidents.
* Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health specialists to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
* Provide occupational rehabilitation services, addressing psychosocial barriers to employment and promoting successful return-to-work outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy.
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to think creatively and take initiative.
