Transport Operations and Logistics Team Lead Role
The centralised planning structure will be driven by the Transport Operations and Logistics Team Leader/Supervisor. They will coach and mentor their team to deliver strong business outcomes, working with people committed to achieving team goals and executing Network Operations plans safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* The development of planning and scheduling processes supporting the centralised planning structure model will be led by the candidate.
* They must ensure quality maintenance plans are delivered in alignment to business processes and expectations.
* Developing stakeholders' capability and being the knowledge expert in planning matters is a key responsibility.
* Coaching and mentoring across the team will be provided by the successful candidate.
About You:
A strong computer skillset, preferably in planning management systems (SAP), and Microsoft office skills are required. Strong written and verbal communication, as well as demonstrated ability to establish and sustain effective working and professional relationships, are essential.
