Chaplain in Aged Care
We are seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to residents, families, and staff in our facilities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing pastoral support and holistic care, working collaboratively with the care team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide spiritual guidance and support to residents and their families
* Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver comprehensive care
* Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff
* Conduct regular chapel services and other spiritual programs
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
About You:
* You have a diploma-level qualification in chaplaincy or theology
* You have 2-5 years of experience in providing chaplaincy or pastoral care services
* You possess intermediate-level computer skills using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* You have high-level communication and interpersonal skills
* You are able to work effectively in a team environment
